We service Toorak, South Yarra, Armadale, Malvern, Hawthorn, Kew, and the immediately surrounding streets. If you're not sure whether your address falls in our service area, include your suburb in the enquiry form and we'll confirm on the first call.
How quickly can you respond to a green pool?
For green pool recovery enquiries, we aim to provide a quote and first visit within the week in most cases. Timing depends on current schedule. Call us on 03 9961 6078 for an urgent enquiry, we'll give you an honest availability estimate on the spot.
Is there a call-out fee for the first visit?
For ongoing maintenance enquiries, the first visit includes a pool condition assessment as part of the service. For green pool recovery or equipment faults, pricing is confirmed before the first visit. We don't charge for the call or the quote.
