Every Lumen fortnightly service visit covers the full scope of pool maintenance, not a quick skim and a chemical test. Nothing is itemised separately after the fact.
Chemicals used during balancing are included in the service fee. There is no separate chemical bill. If a reading is significantly out of range and requires a larger dose, this is communicated before the chemical is applied.

On the first call, we confirm your suburb, pool size, and service frequency. Pricing is fixed and confirmed before the first visit. We'll also ask about the pool's current condition.
The first visit includes a pool condition assessment: equipment health check, water chemistry baseline, and any issues noted. We'll confirm your fortnightly schedule.
Every visit follows the same scope: skim, vacuum, brush, test, balance, inspect, and photograph. Your technician sends you the report before leaving the property.
If we notice an equipment fault, a chemistry issue trending out of range, or anything that needs your attention, it's flagged in the report and followed up by phone.
